CP38 — State Acres for Wildlife (SAFE)
USDA CP38 SAFE mixes tuned to your state's priority species and habitat spec.
CP38 State Acres for Wildlife Enhancement (SAFE) is a state-specific CRP practice: every state defines its own priority species and seeding sheet. Our CP38 mixes are custom-built to your state's SAFE spec — whether that's pheasants in Iowa, bobwhite quail in Missouri, or prairie chickens in Kansas — using the exact grass and forb species and PLS ratios your NRCS office requires.

FAQ
Why does CP38 change from state to state?
SAFE is designed around each state's declining priority species and habitat gaps. Iowa's pheasant SAFE mix looks very different from a Kansas prairie-chicken SAFE mix.
How do I know which SAFE project I'm enrolled in?
Your local FSA office assigns the SAFE project code on your contract. Send us that code and we'll build to the matching NRCS seeding sheet.
